• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use FlowSEO.app for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt our systems.
• Generate or publish harmful, misleading, or infringing content.
• Share your account with unauthorized users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

• FlowSEO.app retains ownership of the platform, software, and branding.
• You retain ownership of the content you generate, subject to compliance with these Terms.
• By using FlowSEO, you grant us a license to process and store your content solely for providing services.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without liability.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

FlowSEO.app is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowSEO.app and its team shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months of service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlowSEO.app, its affiliates, and staff from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
• Upon termination, your access ends immediately, but obligations like outstanding payments remain.
